Can VELUX skylights be installed sideways?

Only VELUX's Fixed Curb Mounted Skylights (FCM) and Fixed Pan-Flashed Skylights (QPF) can be installed sideways. All VELUX deck-mounted units, other units, and flashing systems have a "true top" and cannot be installed sideways. If any skylights other than the FCM and QPF are installed sideways, the warranty on them will be voided.
