Why is the Electric "Fresh Air" Skylight not eligible for Go Solar?

The Go Solar Initiative encourages the use of solar energy to lessen our dependency on electricity. This is why products such as the VELUX Electric �Fresh Air� Skylight are not eligible for Go Solar incentives.
